En este documento se realiza un análisis descriptivo de la crisis financiera internacional 2008, orientado a mostrar la recurrencia histórica de sus determinantes estructurales y a precisar los elementos particulares de seudotrasformación y venta de riesgos que condujo a la iliquidez e insolvencia del eje del sistema financiero internacional.Abstract: This paper is a descriptive analysis of the international financial crisis 2008, oriented to show the historical recurrence of its structural determinants and clarify the particular elements of the pseudo transformation and sales of risks that led to the illiquidity and insolvency of the axis of the international financial system.
