El amparo y el derecho a la prueba
El autor nos brinda un exhaustivo análisis sobre  el alcance y valora- ción procesal del amparo de garantías constitucionales. Se analiza a través del mismo la naturaleza procesal del derecho de defensa, así como el rol que juega la Corte Suprema de Justicia  en materia de interpretación de la figura procesal del amparo a la cual tiene derecho toda  persona humana. En el mismo sentido nos brinda una ponderación de esta figura en el mérito o valor probatorio, desde la apreciación de  la prueba, mecanismos de  admisión, hasta la decisión del Tribunal en materia de alcance y competencia de la figura del Amparo de Ga- rantías Constitucionales.
