El analista en el desarrollo de capacidades políticas de los gobiernos para las políticas públicas
Una pregunta central de los estudios de políticas públicas ha sido ¿quién es y qué hace el analista de políticas? La literatura generalmente aborda asuntos como las diferencias epistemológicas entre analistas racionalistas y pospositivistas, tipos de analistas, habilidades y herramientas metodológicas de los analistas, entre otros aspectos. A pesar de toda esta producción académica, hoy nos seguimos haciendo esta pregunta, ya que las políticas cambian y los roles de los analistas también.
