IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL BALANCED SCORECARD (BSC) COMO HERRAMIENTA DE ANÁLISIS INTEGRAL DE ESTADOS FINANCIEROS DEL GRUPO ISA
A partir de la necesidad del Grupo ISA de obtener de una manera efectiva y oportuna una visión integral de su situación financiera, se explora una metodología de implementación del Balanced Scorecard (BSC) como herramienta de análisis financiero. Para ello, se caracterizaron sus estados financieros 2021-2022, se desarrolló un Cuadro de Mando Integral vinculado a estos y se realizó un análisis financiero integral, buscando identificar y analizar los resultados más representativos y el comportamiento de sus principales indicadores financieros.
