Teoría general del Estado

El artículo presentado demuestra la importancia del Estado a partir de su conceptualización, objeto,  naturaleza jurídica y los elementos esenciales en los cuales descansa. En el mismo sentido, nos brinda un análisis de la distin- ción entre formas de Estado y formas de Gobierno.  Se aborda, en el mismo, un análisis  del concepto e importancia de la teoría del Órgano  Ejecutivo, la teoría del Órgano  Legislativo, así como de la teoría del Órgano Judicial.  Culmina  con el análisis de los modelos de democrático clásico y de democrático directo.

The article presented demonstrates the importance of the State from its conceptualization, object,  legal nature and  the essential elements on which it rests.  In the  same sense, it offers  us an analysis of the  distinction between forms of State and  forms of Government. It addresses in it, an analysis of the concept and  importance of the theory  of the executive body,  the theory  of the lesgislative body,  as well as the theory of the judicial body. It culminates in the analysis of the classical democratic model and  the direct democratic model.
