En este análisis se apunta a otras alternativas para entender el conocimiento – como orientador de la acción –, a distintas formas de vivir el avance tecnológico en esta época de globalización y de continuo cambio en la composición de competencias para el aprendizaje y el trabajo; de restricción y movilidad de fronteras, sin olvidar el veloz cambio en la generación y aceptación – adaptación – de nuevos conceptos en la técnica, la tecnología y la ciencia; de manera especial, la de información y la comunicación ( llamadas TIC´s ), y así lograr una adecuada participación de mayor competencia y validez en el ámbito mundial contemporáneo para el reconocimiento y desarrollo de la nación.
