La fuerza mayor en la era del covid-19
El presente artículo analiza la teoría de la fuerza mayor en el derecho colombiano, para contrastar dicha figura con otras semejantes, como la teoría de la imprevisión rebus sic stantibus, el hecho del príncipe y las cláusulas MAC, con el objetivo de establecer sus características, requisitos, diferencias y similitudes y, analizar su aplicación frente a la crisis originada debido al SARS COVID-19, determinando la incidencia de la pandemia en el incumplimiento contractual.
