Este presente trabajo contiene el análisis del clima organizacional de las estrategias para la formalidad de empleo en la ciudad de Cúcuta, Norte de Santander  este  precede al énfasis sobre el problema que aqueja y considera propiamente un nivel objetivo en la búsqueda radical de bajar el alto índice de informalidad en esta ciudad,  en cuanto a competencias laborales se socializa los efectos que generan al visiona miento alternativo de bases didácticas  en dirección a una mayor participación que se enseñe en contribuir con la recuperación de espacios públicos y adicionalmente se permitan establecer políticas adversas a buenos resultados en pro de la recuperación de un empleo legal, formal...
