Culturas Organizacionales Eticas
Este artículo es uno de los resultados de la investigación titulada “La teoría de los sentimientos morales y el desarrollo de culturas organizacionales éticas”. Objetivo. Proponer, desde la teoría de los sentimientos morales de Adam Smith, elementos para fortalecer la ética en las culturas organizacionales. Este artículo se concentra en responder a las preguntas: ¿qué es una cultura organizacional ética?, y ¿cómo se pueden desarrollar culturas organizacionales éticas? Metodología. Para ello se utiliza una metodología de tipo hermenéutico por medio de la cual se construye una reflexión teórica en torno a la cultura organizacional y a las relaciones entre esta y la ética organizacional.
