Influencia del género en el desempeño de las instituciones microfinancieras: el caso de América Latina y el Caribe
El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la influencia de la fuerza laboral femenina en el desempeño de las instituciones microfinancieras (IMF) de América Latina y el Caribe (ALCA). Partiendo de datos obtenidos en el MIX Market, se analizó la influencia de la mujer en puestos como oficiales de crédito, gerentes y consejeras, de 171 IMF en 18 países de la región durante el periodo 2010-2018, en la eficiencia, productividad, rendimiento financiero y alcance.
