EMPRESAS Y EMPRENDEDORES EN SINCELEJO: ALMACÉN CASA JAIRO, UNA TRADICIÓN QUE PERMANECE
RESUMENEl presente artículo tiene como propósito describir la historia empresarial de Almacén Casa Jairo, el cual cuenta con una trayectoria de unos 50 años en el mercado. Se abordan temas como su actividad económica y la vida de su fundador, Jairo Vanegas Mejía, un empresario empírico de origen paisa. La metodología se basó principalmente en fuentes primarias. La unidad de análisis lo constituyó principalmente el empresarios y personas conocedoras de la experiencia empresarial. Para la recolección de la información se realizaron entrevistas en profundidad (no estructuradas). The unit of analysis was constituted mainly by businessmen and people familiar with business experience. In-depth interviews (unstructured) were conducted to collect the information.
