Crimen transnacional organizado y utilitarismo sociológico: evidencia desde el tráfico de migrantes en Colombia
El utilitarismo sociológico –o el compendio de motivaciones no económicas, y no estrictamente racionales que se internalizan en agentes sociales y por las cuales dichos actores tienden a reproducir lógicas criminales– se manifiesta de diferentes formas en el crimen transnacional. Varios elementos, por fuera del análisis tradicional fundado en el racionalismo económico, pueden ser expuestos a través de esta perspectiva.
