Fitoesteroles de las partes aéreas de Ipomoea trifida (convolvulaceae)
Objetivo: Aislar e identificar los fitoesteroles mayoritarios presentes en la especie vegetal Ipomoea trífida a través de diversas técnicas cromatográficas, técnicas espectroscópicas de resonancia magnética nuclear (RMN) y espectrometría de masas (EM). Metodología: Las partes aéreas de Ipomoea trifida fueron colectadas en la vereda La Concha, municipio de Circasia, Colombia. Luego, se secaron, pulverizaron y maceraron con hexano para el fraccionamiento y purificación de dos esteroles mayoritarios por cromatografía de columna.
