En este artículo se realiza un análisis jurídico del estándar internacional sobre el derecho a la justicia con miras a su implementación por parte del Estado colombiano mediante la expedición del Marco Jurídico para la Paz. Se examinan los mecanismos judiciales de justicia transicional establecidos para garantizar en la mejor medida posible “los derechos de las víctimas a la verdad, la justicia y la reparación” (A.L. 01/2012, art. 1).
