Problematizando el turismo residencial europeo: tecnologías globales de gobierno y formas de subjetivación
Este trabajo recoge un conjunto de reflexiones sobre el turismo residencial que surgen tras la ï¬nalización de un proyecto de investigación. Fundamentalmente estas se articulan en un sentido crÍtico, pues intentan analizar vacÍos o limitaciones teóricas en las formas de abordar este fenómeno desde las ciencias sociales, especialmente en todo lo relacionado con sus dimensiones sociopolÍticas. AsÍ el trabajo trata de problematizar ciertas convenciones habitualmente ligadas a la representación teórica del turismo residencial, como ciertos excesos en su caracterización global, o la presencia acrÍtica de retóricas asociadas a la libertad o la creatividad. Fundamentally, these are articulated in a critical sense, since they aim to point to theoretical gaps or constraints on the ways to approach this phenomenon from a social science perspective, especially in everything concerning its socio-political dimensions. Thus, this paper aims to call into question certain conventions usually linked to the theoretical representation of residential tourism, such as some overindulgence in its global characterization, or the acritical presence of rhethorics associated with freedom or creativity.
