Estudar o valor prognóstico do Ki-67 em Adenocarcinomas Colorretais, correlacionando-o com diferentes parámetros clínico-patológicos. Trinta cinco pacientes com adenocarcinoma colorretal foram submetidos a resseção cirúrgica do respetivo tumor e sujeitos a um follow-up pós-operatório de 10 anos. Observou-se correlação estatisticamente significativa entre a “expressão imunohistoquímica do Ki-67” e o “prognóstico dos pacientes” (p < 0,05), mas não com a “localização” e o “grau de diferenciação tumoral” (p > 0,05).
