Supremacía constitucional en el derecho comparado
El concepto de supremacía de la Constitución es hoy el elemento esencial del constitucionalismo contemporáneo, el cual es resultado de importantes evoluciones en el tiempo y se ha visto reforzado en muchos países con la creación del control de constitucionalidad. Sin embargo, esta noción tiene contenidos variables en función de cada tradición y de cadasistema jurídico, de manera que no es una cuestión resuelta.
